Order Processing Once your payment is confirmed, your order is immediately forwarded to our suppliers for processing. This includes order verification, customization (if applicable), quality inspection, and secure packaging. The processing stage usually takes between 1–4 business days.

Delivery Time Shipping time refers to the period it takes for your package to travel from our warehouse to your address. On average, this takes 7–14 business days. We state this time frame conservatively to ensure accurate expectations, but in many cases, orders arrive sooner than expected. This approach helps us maintain transparency and reduces unnecessary inquiries.

Tracking Your Order As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment directly from our website. Please be aware that while most of our shipping partners provide tracking services, it may not always be available in every region.
